Privacy Policy
This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit omnino.cc or send us an inquiry or application — for what purpose, on which legal basis, who receives it and how long it is kept (Art. 13 GDPR). Deutsche Fassung

We have not appointed a data protection officer; Art. 37 GDPR does not require one for us. For any privacy question, reach us at the contact details above.
2. Visiting the website and hosting
This website and its form endpoints run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes the connection data that is technically required: IP address, date and time, requested URL, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system and, where applicable, the page you came from. The purpose is to deliver the website securely and reliably, including defending against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
From this connection data Cloudflare compiles aggregated statistics, such as the number of visits. We do not build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not store the connection data in systems of our own. For how long Cloudflare retains it, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Cloudflare, Inc. states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; for certified companies, the European Commission’s adequacy decision of July 10, 2023 applies (Art. 45 GDPR).
The connection to omnino.cc is encrypted (HTTPS). Fonts and images are loaded from omnino.cc itself, not from third-party servers. The website’s security policy (Content Security Policy) does not allow scripts from third-party servers.
3. Cookies, browser storage, analytics
- No analytics, no advertising. The website’s code includes no analytics, advertising or tracking services and no third-party content such as maps, videos or social media buttons.
- No cookies set by the website. The website’s code sets no cookies. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies to protect against automated attacks (such as “__cf_bm”); they serve security only, not the analysis of your visit.
- Motion level. When it loads, the homepage checks whether a motion-level value is stored in your browser (key “omnino-bewegung” in local storage) and adjusts the animation accordingly; otherwise it follows your device’s “reduce motion” setting. The pages of this website do not create this value themselves. You can delete it at any time via your browser’s site data.
The security cookies and reading the motion level are strictly necessary to deliver the website securely or to apply a stored setting. They therefore require no consent (§ 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021), and there is no cookie banner.
4. Inquiry form and partner form
Which data: In the inquiry form on the homepage, your name, email address and message, and optionally your business and town and your phone number; if your inquiry concerns OMNINO Signature, “[OMNINO Signature]” appears at the start of the message. In the partner form (omnino.cc/partner or omnino.cc/de/partner), your name, email address, country and region and your description of how you sell, and optionally your phone number. We need the required fields to be able to reply. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone or email.
Purpose and legal basis: We handle your inquiry and discuss possible next steps. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For inquiries not aimed at a contract, it is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How the data travels: Your browser sends the details encrypted to our server function at Cloudflare (omnino.cc/api/kontakt). It forwards them to a Google Apps Script, which delivers them to us as an email in our mailbox at Google (Gmail). Neither the website nor the server function stores your details. If the transmission fails, the inquiry form shows our phone number and two buttons — open your message in your own email app, or copy it — and the partner form shows our email address. Nothing further happens unless you trigger it yourself.
Recipients: Cloudflare (see section 2) and Google for the script, sending and the mailbox (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. There are no other recipients; we pass nothing on for advertising.
Retention: We keep your inquiry while we are handling it and follow-up questions are to be expected. If it leads to an order, we keep the business records for as long as the law requires (for example seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO). Otherwise we delete the inquiry once the matter is closed.
5. Email, phone and WhatsApp
If you write to us directly or call us, we process the details you give us for the same purposes and on the same legal bases as a form inquiry (section 4). We handle emails to [email protected] in our email mailbox. If you write to us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy notice (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) also applies. This website does not embed WhatsApp.
6. Applications
Which data: If you apply via the form on omnino.cc/careers or omnino.cc/de/karriere, we process your name, email address, country and market, working language, years in B2B sales, what you tell us about your past sales results, your plan for winning your first client businesses and your short introduction. Optional: phone number, native language(s), availability, your estimate of realistic deals per month and a CV (PDF or Word, max. 5 MB). Please do not send us any special categories of personal data, such as health data or information about your religion; we do not need them.
Purpose and legal basis: We review your application and decide whether to work together. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). By checking the box in the form, you confirm that you have read this notice; this is not consent, and none is required.
How the data travels and recipients: as with the inquiry form, via our server function at Cloudflare (omnino.cc/api/bewerbung) and Google to our mailbox (section 4). A CV is sent in the same transmission and is meant to be attached to the email. The page tells you whether that worked; if not, it asks you to send the CV by email. The website itself stores none of it. Only we see your application.
Retention: We keep your application for the duration of the selection process. If we start working together, it becomes part of the contract records. Otherwise, after the process ends, we keep it only for as long as claims arising from it can still be asserted, and then delete it. You can withdraw your application at any time — a short message to [email protected] is enough.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). An informal message to [email protected] is enough.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest (sections 2 and 4). Here too, an informal message to [email protected] is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Austria, the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
